Very sorry for the several month break! i am getting started on some more caps for y'all. (i live in the south)

does anyone know of a easy to use and free software i can use for these other then MS paint i know a few but i want to know what other people know of

this blog will be a TG blog in the style of  Rebecca's World and such blogs. i am a basically normal guy but i like these kind of things.
